T. Phillip Boggess, J.D.
As the founding member of the SOFA Chicago group, Mr. Boggess has taken another step to give back to the community. Phil believes that by helping create a strong community, it will bring up the collective whole and benefit each person. He is also involved with the Indian Princesses and Guides of the Prairie Trail Federation and the American Youth Soccer Association (AYSO) as a volunteer and leader for both groups.
When Mr. Boggess is bringing education to the community, he brings his education and experience as a financial advisor and an attorney. By providing education, he is extending the nature of his practice to educate his clients and assist them to evaluate their current situation, empower them to make good decisions, and help them take the steps to implement those decisions through financial and legal planning.
Over the years, Phil has seen many people pass through different areas of their lives. Some of those people had created a detailed plan, followed it and made adjustments along the way. For the most part, these are the people who ended up in the vicinity of their goals. On the other hand, he has also watched people not have plans and the results were rarely as good.
